Music is such a great thing to me, it’s relaxing. When i need to escape for a little bit music is what I go to. It is proven that music is the best therapy for someone, it’s the most useful. It also helps with the nervous system, and controls the blood pressure! Music is very important when it comes to physical and emotional well-being. While working out, music can make your workout so much better, and make working out be fun. Music all together is just so great.
